Viluppuram Chinnaiahpillai Ganesan Manrayar, commonly known by his  Sivaji Ganesan (1 October 1928 – 21 July 2001), was an Indian stage and film actor active during the latter half of the 20th centuryand was one of the most respected film actors in India.
